green.orawater.in is the corporate presence of Green ORA Water, a biodegradable packaged drinking water bottle manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and operating as part of ORA Water India. The site is informational. Placing an enquiry does not constitute an order and does not create a binding contract until we issue a formal quotation that you accept in writing.

Enquiries, Quotations and Orders
Enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email or phone are captured for internal routing to our sales team. We aim to respond within one working day. Any pricing shared during initial conversations is indicative until we issue a formal quotation which will state the SKU, quantity, unit price, GST, freight terms, MOQ, lead time, and validity date.
Orders are confirmed only when we issue a written purchase acknowledgement following your acceptance of the quotation. Product specifications, packaging design proofs, and delivery schedules become binding at that point.
Product Information
We try to keep product details, certification claims, and pricing accurate. Composition data, compostability certifications, and BIS ISI compliance references are based on the current test cycle at the time of publishing. Batch level test reports are the authoritative source for any specific consignment and are available on request.
Photographs, illustrations, and preview mockups shown on the site are representative. Actual product colour, cap tint, label finish, and bottle clarity may vary slightly between production batches within our documented tolerance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or claim arising from your use of the site or from a commercial engagement with Green ORA Water is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct dialogue between the assigned account manager and your representative for at least 30 days.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates are announced by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
