79% Less Energy
Manufacturing 1 kg of rPET uses 79% less energy than producing 1 kg of virgin PET from crude oil derivatives.
♻️ Post-Consumer Recycled · Fully Recyclable Assembly
Our recyclable range closes the loop. using post-consumer recycled PET in the bottle, water-soluble labels, and bio-HDPE caps to create a packaging system that is 100% recyclable through standard municipal recycling streams across India.
Circular Economy
We design our packaging to be recovered, recycled, and made into new packaging. again and again.
Post-consumer PET bottles collected from households and commercial premises via kabadiwala networks and MRFs.
Collected bottles are cleaned, flaked, and extruded into food-grade rPET pellets at our certified rPET partner facility.
rPET pellets are blow-moulded into Green ORA bottles, filled with 10-stage purified BIS/ISI water, and capped with bio-HDPE.
You purchase, drink, and rinse your Green ORA bottle. the label separates cleanly in the recycling wash.
Empty bottles enter municipal recycling or kabadiwala streams and are processed back into rPET. closing the loop.
rPET Explained
Post-consumer recycled PET (rPET) dramatically lowers the environmental cost of every bottle.
Manufacturing 1 kg of rPET uses 79% less energy than producing 1 kg of virgin PET from crude oil derivatives.
Every tonne of rPET used instead of virgin PET saves approximately 1.5 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent emissions.
Each 500 ml rPET bottle requires roughly 2 post-consumer PET bottles to be diverted from landfill or incineration.
